Your account
Profile and preferred language, the newsletter and email preferences, security, and how to download your data or ask us to delete your account.
Your account lives under Account: an overview of your plan, then profile and preferences, security, billing and a data-and-privacy page. This guide walks through each.
Signing in
An account signs in with Google, or with an email address and a password. Links we email you (confirmation, password reset, sign-in) work from any browser and any device: open one on your phone and it signs that phone in. If a link has expired, the sign-in page offers to send a new one.
Profile and preferences
Profile & preferences holds:
- Full name, shown around the site where you act, for example on a team.
- Avatar: your Google photo when you signed in with Google, a generated one you can re-roll, or an image you upload.
- Preferred language: the language of the emails we send you, including alerts and the newsletter. The site itself follows the address you open,
/enor/ko, whatever the preference. - Product emails: occasional notes about new features.
- Weekly newsletter: ticking the box sends a confirmation link; the newsletter starts once you follow it. Every issue has a one-click way to stop.
- Alert emails: whether a price alert set to email delivery reaches your inbox. Turning this off leaves your in-app alerts as they are.
Profile details never decide what you may see; your plan does.
Security
Security lets you change your password or email yourself a reset link, add a password to an account that signed in with Google so that both work, and change your email address, which stays active until you confirm the new one.
Billing
Billing shows your plan and its renewal date, opens the billing portal for invoices, cards and plan changes, and manages the Auction Desk add-on and, on Team with Auction Desk, your API keys. See Plans and billing.
Data and privacy
Data & privacy has two actions:
- Download your data exports your account details, subscription status and support tickets as a file you can keep.
- Request account deletion opens a private ticket with us, so an active subscription, billing records we must keep and open support requests are handled properly before the account goes. Cancel an active subscription first; your access runs to the end of the paid period. Billing records and resolved support history may be kept where the law requires, with contact details minimized.
The privacy policy says what we collect, why, who helps us process it and how long we keep it.
Your workspace
With Premium or Team the account also has a workspace: watchlists, saved scenarios, alerts, exports and, on Team, the shared team. It has its own guide: Workspace, watchlists and exports.
