The National Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFST), under the Rural Development Administration (Administrator Lee Seung-don), held a ‘Field Evaluation Meeting on Sesame Spot Disease-Resistant Lines and Control Techniques for Stable Rice Production’ on September 30 at a field demonstration cultivation site in Hwasun-gun, Gwangju-si, Jeollanam-do. Co-organized with the Hwasun-gun Agricultural Technology Center, the meeting was attended by approximately 30 people, including NIFST officials, local farmers, and staff from the center.
