The Foot-and-Mouth Disease Central Accident Response Headquarters (Director: Song Mi-ryeong, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs; hereinafter "Central Headquarters") confirmed foot-and-mouth disease in a cattle farm in Ganghwa, Incheon, through surveillance inspection on Wednesday, September 16.
