Constellation Brands and Coors Distributing Company (CDC) must head to arbitration, according to a judge’s ruling issued this week. District Court Judge Adam J. Espinosa granted a preliminary injunction, as requested by Molson Coors-owned CDC, and ordered that Constellation Brand’s announced exit from CDC’s portfolio cannot proceed until arbitration between the two companies takes place.
